Systemic lead thoughts as basis of my work

1. 1.Everything depends on everything
   Whatever I do, whatever I don‘t do, it has an impact in life. I have to take full responsibility for all my actions. I can have a positive impact in life.
   

2. 2.It could always be different
   I am looking at the world through my individual glasses. Putting different glasses changes my view and in consequence changes my actions. If I want to get different results, I need to look differently at things and need to act differently.
   

3. 3.I carry the solution in myself
   To look at a problem and realize it as such, helps to visualise an improvement. Therefore, you already have a solution in yourself, otherwise you wouldn‘t be able to feel and realize the difference between the actual state and its improvement.
   

4. 4.I carry all necessary resources in myself
   I can only visualise things and results, which I am able and capable to achieve. Looking at my qualities, I enable myself to develop the option of focussing on solutions.
   

5. 5.One plus one is more than two
   Develop synergies through sound co-operations. I do not need to achieve everything on my own or alone. Having faith in myself and in others enables me to be successful and happy for long times.
